Shipping and Returns  

Shipping Schedule

Orders received by 11am Pacific Time business days will ship the same day. All other orders will ship within the next business day. We follow the Federal Holiday Schedule and process and ship all orders the next business day after the Federal Holiday unless notified otherwise. Out-of-stock items will be sent as soon as they are back in stock. Your credit card will not be charged for back-ordered items until they ship. In some instances, when an item you ordered is not available, we reserve the right to substitute a product of like value and features from a different manufacturer. Occasionally to expedite an out-of-stock item shipment may be directly sent from the manufacturer.

  • Items marked with this symbol FedEx will be shipped via Federal Express Ground. Estimated delivery in 2-5 business days based on the distance between U.S. origin and U.S. destination. Standard Shipping and Handling charges apply for this form of delivery.

Standard Shipping - USPS Priority Mail takes from 2 to 4 business days. Some products may ship via Federal Express Ground, estimated delivery 2 - 5 days. 

FedEx 2Day (not available for PO Boxes, PR, USVI, and APO/FPO addresses) FedEx 2Day takes two full business days, HI and AK take 3 full business days. For example, items ordered by 11am Pacific Time Tuesday will be received Thursday. Orders received before 11am Thursday will be received Monday. For FedEx 2Day on domestic shipments, please add $10.00 to the standard rates shown above.

FedEx Standard Overnight (not available for PO Boxes, PR, USVI, and APO/FPO addresses). Orders received by 11am Pacific Time on weekdays will arrive on the next business day. For FedEx Standard Overnight delivery in the continental US, please add $20.00 to the standard rates listed above. In Alaska and Hawaii, please add $23.00.

International Orders

We ship to international addresses by USPS Global Airmail Letter or Parcel Post. Rates vary depending on destination and weight of package. On orders outside the U.S.A., we bill actual shipping charges via USPS Global Airmail Letter Post, plus a $3.50 handling fee. International shipping costs vary widely depending on the destination, from $5.00 to more than $60.00. If the shipping cost exceeds 30% of the order, we will email you to obtain prior authorization before shipping the order. Please contact us for exact shipping charges on international orders. Please contact USPS to calculate a "guesstimate" of the shipping charges.

Important Notice:

  • Due to the high rate of fraudulent orders we will not accept credit card orders from Indonesia and Nigeria. All Indonesian and Nigeria orders must be paid for via International Money Order. You may mail orders to: Christine Columbus, Inc., 8 Nansen Summit, Lake Oswego, Oregon 97035 USA. Your money order must clear our bank before we will ship.

  • We will not accept International orders with Post Office ship to addresses. Your name and address must correspond to your credit card billing information in order for us to ship.

  • Additional Duty and Custom fees are liability of the customer.

  • We do not ship orders internationally where the bill to and ship to addresses are different or the name on the credit card differs.

  • We can not ship orders without proper credit card approval authorization.

  • We reserve the right to contact the issuing card holders bank for further verification.

    Returns Policy

    Christine Columbus' Promise of Satisfaction!

    We stand behind our products and we will cheerfully issue you a replacement, refund or credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of our shipping date (less shipping and handling). Your satisfaction is of primary importance to us.

    To exchange or return an item please complete our Merchandise Return Form enclosed with every shipment. Follow the instructions and return items with all product literatureand merchandise packaging - box in the original shipping carton, packing items securely, and ship via UPS or insured Parcel Post to:

    If the item was a gift and returned by the recipient, we will issue an equal value gift certificate. Sorry, we do not accept COD or collect shipments.
